Nikki leads a team of Merchant Support Representatives that manage all types of merchant support. She is also responsible for managing consumer complaints, responses to the BBB and Merchant Retention and Account Changes.
Gena has been with Merchant Lynx Services for over 21 years and has worked in every facet of credit card processing. She is a wealth of knowledge and ideally suited to provide the highest level of support to our valued agents.
Gena leads a team of dedicated Relationship Managers focused on providing 24/7 white glove support to our Agent Portal.
Adam Ackerman is widely known and respected in the Merchant Processing world. He has been the face of the company at industry shows and provides training and support to new agents.
He hosts monthly webinars on current topics such as Cash Discount and is responsible for ensuring that we partner with the nations leading Agents and Agent Offices. Prior to joining Merchant Lynx Services, Adam was Vice President of ISO Sales at IPayment.
After 14 years with Merchant Lynx Services after a long career as a sales leader with the Coca Cola Company for 12 years. Jay oversee the entire State of Florida and has great success as a mentor to newer sales staff.
Jay is a hands-on leader and earned the title of Vice President through consistent regional growth and his dedication and success to the company.
Randy has over 20 years of industry experience having come from a long career at Evo Payments in Texas and most recently NCR Corporation.
Randy has an encyclopedic knowledge of merchant technical solutions, hardware and gateway services. Randy heads our technical deployment division as well as ensuring that our payment gateway remains robust and secure.
Justin is a seasoned credit card industry professional with over 15 years experience.
Justin that started his career with the company making significant improvements in our Client Services Division and was promoted to oversee the day to day operations of the company. Justin is primarily responsible for overseeing deployment, client services, facilities and operations.
Travis is responsible for ensuring that the organization’s risk and exposure are mitigated and minimize the adverse impact of losses on the achievement of the organization’s objectives.
Travis oversees the relationship with our bank as well as overseeing a team of highly trained Risk Analysts and Investigators. Travis is a hands-on leader and works tirelessly in the protection of our company and our merchant’s success.
AJ transitioned from his former role as COO of Merchant Lynx Services to create and lead an exciting new division, focused on providing the tools and training needed to retain and cultivate a word-class workforce.
AJ’s mission is to ensure that the company is strategically positioned for success through transparency, communication, employee advocacy and progressive policies.
Prior to Merchant Lynx Services, AJ held two high level positions with Fortune 500 companies as Chief Operating Officer. AJ holds a BS in Information Technology, and an MBA from American University. He is ultimately responsible for driving process, culture and diversity of MLS.
As founder, CEO & President of Merchant Lynx John drives his vision across all divisions. John created and continues to grow his company by obtaining the best and brightest talent in and outside of the industry to foster his ideas and implement his directives. He started Merchant Lynx Services over 24 years ago with the vision to exceed the customer expectation for transparent and fair practices, the highest levels of service and ensuring continual growth and financial strength. John resides in Florida with his wife and two sons and values family above all else, which resonates through MLS in the way we engage our talent.
Evan serves as Chief Financial Officer of MLS and oversees the daily operations of the finance department, HR, Payroll, and HRIS systems. With over 15 years’ experience within the financial industry, Evan emphasizes a concentration on fiscal discipline, analytical support, and sound governance in the evolving business environment. Evan holds a MBA from the University of Baltimore.
Maria brings to MLS over 24 years of Credit Card Processing experience which includes in depth knowledge of underwriting, PCI compliance, ISO/Agent relationship management and team development.
Maria’s industry tenure was 13 years at IPayment in California, however the majority of that time was as a direct Relationship Manager to Merchant Lynx Services reporting directly to our President, so she has been a vital part of our organization for nearly 14 years.
Maria oversees Compliance & Ethics as well as Special Projects and Agent Relationship Management for Merchant Lynx Services.
Vic serves as Executive Vice President over Sales & Marketing here at MLS. Vic a native New Yorker comes from an entrepreneurial background having owned and operated restaurants and pizzerias. That experience has been pivotal to his success in driving sales and leading his teams, because he identifies with the needs of our valued merchants and ensures that our services meet their operating needs. Vic is an accomplished chef and family man and continues to bring in the best and brightest salespeople as we continue to grow.
